Refund policy

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email Dylan@doggonestudios.com within 14 days of delivery.
To process a refund or replacement, I’ll need the following:

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of all sides of the packaging 

  • A clear photo of the shipping label

If you're requesting a refund instead of a replacement, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are usually processed within 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s complete.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, including made-to-order or final sale products, are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Order Cancellations
I reserve the right to cancel any order at any time without notice. Orders may be canceled if I suspect bot use or intent to resell. These prints are made for fans, not flippers. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
