Bernese Mountain Dog Print

Bernese Mountain Dog refers directly to the area of the breed’s origin, the canton of Bern in the mountains of Switzerland. In the early 1900’s, they were originally kept as farm dogs, driving cattle, protecting the family, and pulling loaded carts to nearby villages. They are extremely strong and can pull close to ten times their body weight!
